Henry K. Fischer Biography

                                 

Henry K. Fischer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fischer Homes, launched from his basement in 1981 what has grown to become one of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky’s largest homebuilders and among the top 100 builders nationwide. Mr. Fischer holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, and a MBA from University of Cincinnati. He is a veteran of the United States Army. The breadth of his expertise led to the founding of affiliated businesses beyond homebuilding, including residential land development, architecture and design, as well as banking, mortgage lending, and title services. He serves on the board of Victory Community Bank and as past president of the Homebuilders Association of Northern Kentucky, co-chair of Quest Housing Development Task Force, and on the board of directors of Sanitation District No. 1 in Northern Kentucky. The Fischer family philanthropically supports to many organizations important to the Greater Cincinnati community.  Henry and his wife Elaine, who has been central in building Fischer Homes into what it is today, have two children and three grandchildren.
