David A. Futscher, Parry Deering Futscher & Sparks, PSC is a graduate from Xavier University with a BSBA Cum Laude in 1984 and the University of Kentucky with a JD in 1987. Mr. Futscher is a member of the Kentucky and Ohio Bar Associations and the Kentucky Justice Association. Mr. Futscher concentrates his practice in civil trial practice in the areas of construction litigation, class actions, derivative actions, and consumer protection. He has successfully argued cases before the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky and Ohio Courts of Appeals. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Futscher has also been granted pro hac vice admission to courts throughout the country. Mr. Futscher has been representing and advising Fischer Homes for over 20 years.
