Buckeye Voices: Coughlin devoted to special needs vouchers

Governor Ted Strickland used his line item veto on an important school choice option for special needs children.  The measure’s sponsor, State Senator Kevin Coughlin (R-Cuyahoga Falls),  discusses the importance of the program and his commitment to  its future passage with Buckeye Institute President David Hansen.
