Buckeye Voices: Electricity Deregulation with Cato’s Van Doren

The Cato Institute Senior Fellow Peter Van Doren discusses electricity deregulation with Buckeye Institute President David Hansen.  Mr. Van Doren is editor of the Cato publication Regulation and his commentary on electricity deregulation was recently published in the Wall Street Journal.
