Buckeye Voices: Ohio is a bottom five tax climate state

The Tax Foundation’s Curtis Dubay recently released his 2008 Tax Business Climate Index.  Dubay found Ohio’s business climate is among the worst in the country.  He discusses the findings with Buckeye Institute President David Hansen.
