Buckeye Voices: Federal and state energy proposals bad for consumers

Buckeye Institute Policy Analyst Marc Kilmer believes energy proposals in Congress and the Ohio General Assembly provide consumers with less choice and will lead to new taxes, regulations and unneeded subsidies. He joined David Hansen on Buckeye Voices.
