		<description>It would be helpful if Ohioans understood the specifics of Senator Obama&#039;s social security proposal. Does he plan, for example, to also tax small business profit as reported on 1040 Form SE, or is this truly just a FICA increase? Given that tax policy influences behavior, would this hurt employment (e.g. money that flows to the government is removed from the economy and cannot be used to expand the business, hire people, buy stuff etc..). Perhaps there is time to get into all these issues, but early voting in Ohio starts in about four months.</description>
