Civility = Shut up

Al Franken, author of “Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot,” has been writing since 1995 “about the Gingrich revolution and the rise of talk radio and how it changed the civility of discourse.”
Well, he has a point. The debate would be much more civil if one side would just shut up. Where is Bob Michel these days, anyway?
