Despite plenty of evidence that the asbestos liability system in Ohio needs additional reform to prevent fraud by plaintiffs who “double dip” for the same injury, the Ohio House of Representatives defeated Senate Bill 370 - the Asbestos Claims Transparency Act – yesterday.
