You do not have the same accountability requirements of Public Schools, you do not have the same criteria as Public Schools, you do not have to follow the same guidelines as Public Schools. You are basically schools for profit and all your profit goes to your owners. Your "faculty" is not only uncertified, but also unqualified. You do more damage to children than good.
