		<description>I have never understood how you can take 40 million uninsured and make them insured without it costing anything.  It is too bad that proponents of reform can&#039;t admit this.  I, for one, anyway, don&#039;t care, because I think it is worth the cost.  We currently have a great system for the majority of people, and &quot;afford&quot; it by simply cutting a bunch of people out.  I have no problem saying that this is wrong, and that we should be willing to pay to fix it.</description>
