Apparently it’s all the rage to start selling off public assets for the cash. Now Akron is going to sell, or rather lease, its sewer system.
Because children need scholarships.
Isn’t this just one step short of admitting that services can best be provided by the market? Service providers are always more eager to please when they lack the power to shoot customers who leave.
