It needs no explication:
The Lordstown school district is opening a newly remodeled elementary school this fall and there’s plenty of room for some new pupils, said Superintendent William Phaler.
Yes, how nice it is that the state spends $3 million a day (or is it up to $4 million now?) constructing new schools. Now if only there were students to fill them.
How hard is it, anyway, to compel legislators to grant large construction contracts in their districts?
